I'm Dave — a commercial photographer based in Austin, Texas, making cinematic work for brands built to last.

Before I ever picked up a camera professionally, I was in the U.S. Navy, training to become a naval aviator. That chapter of my life taught me things no photography school could: how to stay calm under pressure, how to be deliberate and precise, and how to show up fully prepared no matter what the conditions are. I carry all of that onto every set.

I've been shooting commercially for over eight years, working with heritage brands, homegrown labels, and some names you've definitely heard of across lifestyle, automotive, food and beverage, and product. My work spans editorial campaigns, brand identity, and everything in between: built around a simple belief that great commercial photography should feel as considered as the brand it represents.

When I'm not shooting, I'm at home in Austin with my wife and two kids. At the end of the day, I love working with people who care deeply about what they've built.
